- Dealing with Complex cases
- Performance management
- Advising and supporting Managers on HR Policies and Procedures
- Staff Conduct
- Organizational Change (Restructuring and Redundancies)
- Employment Legislations
- HR Projects
- TUPE
- Working closely with Senior Management.
