Role: Digital Product Manager
Salary: Up to £60'000
Location: Fully Remote
We're working with a client in the HealthTech space who are looking for their first Product Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's Digital healthcare solutions and products.
As the Product Manager you'll be responsible for translating business requirements and user needs into a viable Product Road map and Strategy, with actionable product features, ensuring the Portal remains user-friendly, secure, and aligned with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of technology, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality digital experiences to consumers.
Responsibilities of the role:
Product Strategy:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders external and internal to define and prioritise product features and enhancements.
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
Requirements Definition:
- Gather and analyse user requirements through collaboration with cross-functional teams, market research, and direct engagement with end-users.
- Create and maintain detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Product Development:
- Ensure that we have a high performing product development team that deliver quality outcomes at pace. Challenging and addressing poor performance or behaviours.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and external vendors and resources to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
- Provide clear and concise direction to developers, addressing any questions or issues that may arise during the development process.
Experience we're looking for:
- Ideally a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Product Owner or similar role within the healthcare technology sector or other B2C / Digital / Portal centric platforms
- Proven track record of successfully delivering digital health solutions, with a focus on patient portal
- Extensive experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to effectively prioritise and manage product backlogs, sprints, and releases.
