Reed Accountancy are currently partnered with a growing organisation in the Crawley area who are seeking a Finance Assistant to join their existing team. Reporting to the Financial Controller as Finance Assistant you will be responsible for the processing of high volume transactions.
Day to day duties of the Finance Assistant:
- Prepare weekly cash flow forecasting.
- Posting invoices and expenses accurately and in a timely manner.
- Conducting bank reconciliations
- Handling various accounting and financial tasks as required, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cash flow forecasting is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
