Cyber Security Lead with solid Business Stakeholder Management skills, Part Remote
A Cyber Security Lead with solid and proven Business Stakeholder Management skills / a Continuous Threat Exposure Management Lead is required to work for a Professional Services Firm in Central London. However, this will mainly be remote and you will only be expected to be in the office circa once a week (if that).
We need someone who has the technical ability to understand Cyber Security essentials but then translate these to the business, first discovering threats and then articulating them to the business (at Partner / C-Suite Level) in Layman's Terms. You must have solid experience in this area, along with dealing with other areas of Technology (outside of security), providing the same approach.

Experience required:
- 4 to 6 years of relevant IT Security / Cyber Security experience
- Business and Technical Stakeholder Management skills at C-Level / Partner Level
- Proven ability to translate Security Tech Risk into Business Risk
- Commercial CTEM (Continuous Threat Exposure Management) knowledge or experience is essential
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (nice to have)
- Experience with Microsoft Security tools (Defender suite) and other Microsoft Stack technologies, such as Azure
- Exposure to / knowledge of DevSecOps
- Experience of managing 3rd Party Security vendors
- Experience in developing and deploying critical security architecture solutions such as EDR, Cyber Threat Exposure Management, Firewalls, CASB, Proxies, Virtualization, and other cybersecurity solutions
- Experience with multiple cybersecurity tools, including Configuration Assessment, Log Aggregation, Integrity Verification, Network Access Control System, and Endpoint Security Solutions
- Working knowledge of cloud security, application security, network security and disaster recovery
- Demonstrated ability to deploy, configure, and manage the security implementation and maintenance of IT equipment, including managing EDR software, vulnerability scanning and firewall policies
- Strong written and verbal technical communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships that improved the quality of work products
