We are seeking 2 exceptional Sales Executives to join a dynamic team at premium developments in Central Hertfordshire.
What they can offer
Outstanding Earning Potential:
- Salary: £26,000 - £33,000 (based on experience level)
- OTE: £55,000+ with uncapped commission opportunities

The Opportunity
As a Sales Executive, you'll be the cornerstone of creating exceptional customer experiences, guiding families through their journey to home ownership. Working with premium new build properties in sought-after Hertfordshire locations, you'll be supported by one of Britain's most established and respected house builders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take complete ownership of the sales process from initial contact to completion
- Deliver first-class customer service throughout the entire purchase journey
- Proactively generate leads and exceed sales targets
- Conduct market research and implement effective marketing strategies
- Manage all administrative requirements and reporting
- Ensure health and safety compliance on development sites
What We're Looking For
- Sales experience in the housing industry
- Exceptional customer service skills and proven sales excellence
- High levels of self-management and motivation
- Computer literacy and strong administrative skills
- Full driving license and access to own vehicle
- Professional presentation and communication skills
