My highly successful client is a leading company in mining and energy sector in Africa dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to their clients. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in HubSpot and associated technologies.

You will have extensive marketing experience HubSpot, Online Marketing, e-shots, C RM Integration, Google Analytics, digital marketing tools, MS Office Suite, Adobe, social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook), Marketing Degree a bonus but not essential.

The Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals.

  • Use HubSpot to design, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns.

  • Campaign Management:

  • Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.

  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Content Creation:

  • Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels.

  • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and aligns with our brand voice.

  • Lead Generation and Nurturing:

  • Utilize HubSpot to create and manage lead generation and nurturing workflows.

  • Segment audiences and tailor campaigns to specific buyer personas.

  • Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities.

  • Use HubSpot analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and provide actionable insights.

  • Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and support lead conversion efforts.

  • Coordinate with design, content, and digital teams to ensure cohesive marketing initiatives.

  • Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and HubSpot features.

  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve marketing processes and outcomes.

Essential Skills and Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of HubSpot, including workflows, lead scoring, email marketing, and CRM integration.

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and marketing software applications.
