- £26,426 - £28,275 depending on experience (with an increase after probation)

The Role
As a Therapeutic Practitioner (Residential), you'll play a crucial role in supporting children and young people who have experienced trauma. Your role will require you to be a mentor and role model, offering emotional support, and providing guidance as they navigate life's challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional support to children and young people in a residential setting
- Act as a positive role model, guiding them through daily challenges
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for each individual
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to each young person's needs
- Support young people in discovering and pursuing their passions

The Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people.
About you:
- Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare or a willingness to achieve it
- Full UK driving license required
- Passionate about working with children and young people
- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient
- Able to work effectively as part of a diverse team
- Experience in residential childcare or similar settings is preferred
