We are looking for a creative, passionate Reception Manager to take on the responsibilities of the Front of House department! £32k + Benefits + Hotel Discounts + Free Meals at the Hotel.

What we are after?

  • We are looking for someone with Management Experience
  • You must have worked in a HOTEL before, it just won't work if you haven't
  • We are after someone who doesn't clock watch but will be there to get the job done
  • A real Team player who wants to work apart of a West End Family
  • We want someone who can build a rapport with the high spending customers and the regular customers
  • We are looking for someone charismatic and passionate - the team are very energetic and positive - passion for what they do is the main thing for them!

You will be managing:

  • Guest Experience Manager
  • Guest Relations x 3
  • Receptionist x 5
  • Receptionist Team Leaders x 2
  • Concierge x 3
  • Night Manager x 1
  • Night Receptionist x 1

Time of work:

  • Hours: 40 hours
  • 8 hours a day, but you will be asked to come in later to stay later with what the business needs.
  • Flexibility is very important
  • 5 days a week, 2 days off, weekend work included
