What we are after?
- We are looking for someone with Management Experience
- You must have worked in a HOTEL before, it just won't work if you haven't
- We are after someone who doesn't clock watch but will be there to get the job done
- A real Team player who wants to work apart of a West End Family
- We want someone who can build a rapport with the high spending customers and the regular customers
- We are looking for someone charismatic and passionate - the team are very energetic and positive - passion for what they do is the main thing for them!
You will be managing:
- Guest Experience Manager
- Guest Relations x 3
- Receptionist x 5
- Receptionist Team Leaders x 2
- Concierge x 3
- Night Manager x 1
- Night Receptionist x 1
Time of work:
- Hours: 40 hours
- 8 hours a day, but you will be asked to come in later to stay later with what the business needs.
- Flexibility is very important
- 5 days a week, 2 days off, weekend work included
