This is a great opportunity for someone who is just starting out in this area and wants to gain experience with a large organisation.

If you have started studying towards your IOSH/NEBOSH then this is the role for you.

Utilising your knowledge you will be focussed on driving continuous improvement, through delivering advice and support to colleagues and the Head of Fire Health & Safety. You will build relationships with colleagues across the business at all different levels, and across a number of brands. You will help shape and support a consistent safe environment for all colleague's to work within.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • To generate and promote a positive Fire, Health and Safety culture
  • To assist and support the Regional Fire Health &; Safety Managers and Head of Fire, Health & Safety Manager in the monitoring and reviewing policies and procedure to ensure that they are properly implemented and comply with changing legislation and best practice.
  • To support the Regional Fire, Health & Safety Managers in assisting the Head of Fire, Health & Safety, Directors, Management and colleagues to ensure that all safety legislation is adhered to and policies and procedures are adopted.
  • Undertake Fire, Health and Safety inspections to ensure that workplace premises/operations are compliant with Fire, Health and Safety policies, and will report on areas of risk reduction in the set region.
