The HR Business Partner will play a key role in partnering with business leaders to deliver HR strategies that support the successful achievement of organisational goals. You will provide expert guidance on workforce planning, talent management, organisational design and development, and employee engagement, to name but a few.

What we are looking for:

  • Level 7 CIPD qualified or above
  • Experience as a HR Business partner with a sound understanding of HR and People strategies, preferably gained within large matrix structures
  • Ideally have previous experience of Business Partnering a Head office function
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to navigate complex HR challenges
  • Union experience would be desirable
