Commercial Property Legal Secretary
£24,000 - £26,000 per annum

Premier Recruitment Group is thrilled to partner with a prestigious law firm in Maidstone, recruiting a Commercial Property Legal Secretary to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with property experience, ideally within commercial property, though those with a background in residential property or estate agency are also encouraged to apply.
Key Duties:
- Providing comprehensive support to Commercial Property Fee Earners
- Diary management, including scheduling meetings, booking rooms, and preparing documents
- Maintaining professional communication with clients, solicitors, and estate agents, both in writing and over the phone
- Preparing, formatting, and editing legal documents using audio and digital dictation
- Organising and maintaining both electronic and physical files, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate
- Assisting with billing and managing expenses where necessary
- Handling incoming correspondence and monitoring deadlines

The ideal candidate will be confident, ambitious, and eager to gain valuable experience in a professional setting. You should have strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
