The Role
The position of Payroll Manager requires an individual with good attention to detail, strong accuracy and excellent communication skills. It's a really varied role where the successful individual will be responsible for:
- Responsible for managing a team of 3 payroll members of staff
- Management of the UK and Overseas payroll
- Lead the delivery of new payroll projects, implementing a new payroll system
- Oversight and review of the month end financial processes for payroll reporting
- Ensure all accounting entries and correctly recorded and monthly balance sheet reconciliations are complete
- Develop, manage, and control payroll systems and processes
- Manage payrolls and liaise with 3rd party providers ensuring all legislative and contractual deductions are applied
