Receptionist
OA are recruiting for a Receptionist to join our client's highly successful and growing team.
Our client is seeking a proactive and organized Receptionist to join their team in Potters Bar on a temporary to permanent basis.
You'll need to have previous administrative or reception experience, and you will need to feel comfortable dealing with inbound calls. You will also be responsible for various administrative tasks, including printing, scanning and filing documents. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Location: Potters Bar
Hours: Full time, 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
Salary: £12.98 to £13.46
Receptionist – Key Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound queries and calls
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
- Using online systems such as Word, Excel, Outlook
- Greeting customers and clients
- General administrative support as required, including printing, scanning and filing documents
Receptionist - Key Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Highly organised, with a great attention to detail
- Proven experience as an administrator or receptionist
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
