Installation Technician Permanent role offering:
£28,000 salary / 40hrs a week, not including yearly bonus of an additional £5k! (Overtime also regularly available)

We are currently seeking an
Installation Technician
to join our client, a leader in intelligent Traffic Equipment, Car Park & Stadium Security Solutions and Electronic Road Signs!
They're looking for an
Installation Technician
to be based near Exeter, with previous experience in a
Field based
role and
FULL UK driving license.
The
Installation Technician
will be responsible for installing, refurbishing or repairing a variety of equipment to customer specifications and ensure contractual obligations, terms & conditions are met. You'll be working on various car park /stadium ticket machines, barriers and camera solutions (so any experience working on these systems would be ideal).
Installation Technician Experience & Skills Required:
- Experience installing EPOS / Ticket Machines, Car Parking Barriers including CCTV solutions.
- To ensure that all your PPE is safe complete and being correctly used / worn.
- Ensure your vehicle, tools, spares, and equipment to be used are in a safe and useable condition.
- Ability to work in Teams and alone on different projects.
- Ensure changes to the contract are reported back to the Service Delivery Manager in a timely fashion.
- Work sheets and time sheets are completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Complies with all QHSE Regulations and procedures for this role.
Installation Technician Essential Requirements:
- Full UK driving license is required, DON'T APPLY WITHOUT A FULL UK LICENSE!
- Basic electrical knowledge.
- Experience working in a FIELD / MOBILE based role.
- Ability to work in a team or alone on certain projects.
- Good English and Maths skills.
Desired Requirements:
- Sector 8 Accreditation (including NRSWA, G39, ECS)
- Basic electrical knowledge.
- Understanding of traffic signal site installation and basic theory (phases, stages and detection) – otherwise training will be given!
