The HR Advisor will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support on all aspects of human resources management, including:
- Employee relations and employee engagement
- Recruitment and selection
- Performance management and appraisals

- *Key Responsibilities**
- Provide strategic and operational HR support to the business
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues
- Conduct recruitment and selection processes
- Design and deliver training and development programs
- Ensure compliance with all relevant HR legislation
- Maintain and update employee records
- Collaborate with other departments to foster a positive and productive work environment
- *Qualifications and Skills**
- 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment (Desirable)
- Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
