The Role

The Service Delivery Analyst will be responsible for:

  • ensuring quality data management within the IT Service Management team
  • improving accuracy of records relating to hardware and software asset management
  • ensuring resolution of incident, service request, change and procurement requests - data gathering and analysis
  • ensuring high levels of customer service (monitoring support calls, escalating repetitive issues)
  • involvement in license reconciliation
  • coach Service team and colleagues on best practice

About you

Applicants for the Service Delivery Analyst role will have:

  • experience gained in a similar position with experience in data analysis, asset management, service delivery teams/processes, ITIL etc.
  • sound knowledge of Microsoft technologies (e.g. Desktop, Office 365 etc.)
  • data analysis skills ideally using tools like Power BI, PowerShell or similar
  • excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
