Location: Old Woking, Surrey

Reports to: Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will:

1. Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms.
  • Monitor engagement and suggest improvements based on analytics and best practices.
  • Assist with email campaigns and other digital initiatives.

2. Content Creation & Marketing Collateral

  • Research, write, and edit compelling content for digital and print, including case studies, brochures, newsletters, and award submissions.
  • Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Support the development of internal communications materials.

3. Website Management

  • Maintain and update website content to reflect current projects, news, and company developments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance user experience

4. Photography & Visual Content

  • Visit construction sites to photograph project progress and completed work.
  • Organise and manage a library of visual content for marketing use.

5. Event Management

  • Coordinate and support internal and external events, including logistics, promotion, and follow-up communications.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal departments to gather information and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Communicate effectively across teams to support integrated marketing efforts.

7. Administrative & General Support

  • Handle day-to-day marketing administration, such as ordering print materials and maintaining records.
  • Perform other duties as required by the Marketing Manager.

What We're Looking For

  • A confident, self-motivated individual with a "can-do" attitude
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience with desktop publishing (InDesign), social media management, and content creation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and enthusiasm to learn other IT systems
  • Technical proficiency in photography with creative vision
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines
  • A team player with the ability to work collaboratively
  • Internet proficiency, including uploading and downloading documents

Qualifications & Experience

  • Good GCSE's
  • A background in PR and marketing
  • Desktop Publishing Experience (InDesign)
