Since our humble beginnings in 2007 as a stand-alone auction room in Norwich, the business has thrived and now operates at a national level across England, Scotland and Wales.We sell property and land via public auction, primarily through the method of unconditional sales. Our unconditional auctions are the most popular as they offer complete certainty of sale for the buyer and seller, as contracts exchange on the fall of the gavel.
Our diverse range of auction delivery means that our customers can buy and sell property in the most practical and suitable way for them.Despite being a nationwide brand, we pride ourselves on maintaining a local presence. This means we can provide a truly personalised service, taking into consideration the unique requirements of the location you're looking to buy or sell in. Your new role:
- To support customer service enquiries after the launch of their new website.
- Complete accurate data entry and note-taking from queries.
- Issue handling with any online queries and questions.
- Raise any issue that the tech team may need.
- Call handling.
- Ad-hoc tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- Experienced customer service representative.
- Online experience with CRMs, Word, Microsoft, and other online platforms.
- Be available full-time
- Can start immediately.
What you'll get in return

- 25 days of holiday + Bank holidays.
- £12-£13 per hour.
