Salary: £25,000 Basic - + uncapped commission OTE - £40k

What You'll Be Doing:
- You'll spend your days engaging with candidates and clients, building strong networks of top tech talent in your market
- positioning yourself as a supplier of choice for your target customers through sophisticated business development techniques.
- You'll blend hard work and sales activity with leveraging the latest technologies and AI platforms to source candidates efficiently and effectively and win new clients.
- Your role will involve selling diverse products and services, including retained search, contract recruitment solutions, and ED&I services.
- You'll have the exciting opportunity to promote and host your own tech networking events, connecting with industry professionals and enhancing our presence in the tech community.
