Location: Exeter/hybrid

Contract: Permanent, full-time

Hours: 37.5 hours, Mon-Fri

Salary: £29,970–£36,483

Tasks include:

  • Respond to briefs to develop creative design solutions across print, digital, packaging and merchandise.
  • Act as a brand guardian for the charity, contributing to the development of Hospiscare's visual identity, developing product sub-brands, and ensuring consistent brand application.
  • Coordinate photo and video shoots.
  • Liaise with colleagues to create engaging visual and audio-visual content.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of two years' relevant experience
  • Experience with Adobe creative suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and Premier Pro
  • Excellent organisation and time management, able to work deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, able to present ideas and provide training on branding and design basics to colleagues
  • A collaborative and supportive approach to teamwork and knowledge of project management principles.
