Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a diverse caseload encompassing sales, purchases, re-mortgages, lease extensions, and enfranchisement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Provide excellent client service and maintain strong client relationships.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified Solicitor with 4 years PQE plus
- Ability to independently manage cases while also collaborating effectively within a team
- Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills
- High standards of client care.
