Implementation Consultant (Python) London / WFH to £75k

As an Implementation Consultant you will provide subject matter expertise on the company's portfolio of products, providing workshops and running training sessions with customers to support the commercial teams with demos and pre-sales activity. You'll build strong customer relationships, to understand their specific requirements, handle support queries related to algo trading coding and manage feature requests. This is a varied role with lots of business exposure where you can make a positive impact.
Location / WFH:
You can work from home most of the time, meeting up with colleagues 2-3 days a week in the City offices, when there you can you enjoy a range of facilities including large kitchen, café and all the latest kit to work on.
About you:
- You are tech savvy with strong customer service / client facing skills
- You have strong Python coding skills
- You have experience of working in a Commodities trading environment (will consider other asset classes)
- You have troubleshooting and support skills
- You have fluent English language skills (German would also be great but not essential)
