for a leading Housing Association in Birmingham has come available in the newly formed Investment Team, reporting into the Capital Investment Manager.
Senior Surveyor
£45,000 + £1,650 Car Allowance
Birmingham (Hybrid)
Permanent
Senior Surveyor duties:
- Tender and manage the external contractor on the planned maintenance streams
- Oversee the delivery of planned projects across the 3,400 stock
- Provide leadership and expert technical knowledge on surveying, building maintenance and investments
- Work alongside an Assistant Surveyor and a Compliance Team

Senior Surveyor requirements:
- Experience working with Contracts within Social Housing
- Experience with Planned Works
- A good understanding of report writing
- Hold a degree or professional qualification in a related subject
