Insurance Administrative Assistant - Chelmsford Full Time - Permanent - Up to £23,000 DOE

Role Overview

Gerrard White are working with a well-established and rapidly expanding insurance company dedicated to providing exceptional service who are looking for an Insurance Administrative Assistant. This role would suit someone enthusiastic, hardworking, and keen to develop their career with an interest in insurance.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient functioning of our operations. From handling correspondence to organizing schedules and assisting with day-to-day tasks, you will be an integral part of our team's success

Duties:

  • Working with either the claims functions
  • Preparing and sending renewal notification letters
  • Checking vehicle's schedules and querying discrepancies
  • Processing of simple renewals and issuing relevant documentation
  • Processing lapsing's and updating relevant registers
  • Preparing renewal analysis sheets

Skills:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Team Player
  • Complete tasks accurately and to a high standard

Required qualifications:

This role is an entry level position and can consider an A Level or University graduate or a candidate with insurance experience.

Please note you must have both Maths and English GCSE C or above.
