Day to Day of the Role:
- Processing sales orders efficiently and accurately.
- Preparing and providing quotes to customers.
- Identifying upselling opportunities and maximising sales potential.
- Assisting the transport team with queries and allocating jobs.
- Ensuring customers receive excellent service and support throughout their order process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an Internal Sales role.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities and contributing to team targets.
