Digital Marketing and eCommerce Executive

My client is a leading Premium British beauty and gifting brand. They have exquisite offices in bustling West London hot spot. The job is Hybrid and flex working and there's regular team incentives and activities outside of the office. Due to continued growth and recent acquisitions, the opportunity to recruit a Digital Marketing and eCommerce Executive has arisen. The purpose of this role will be to drive their digital marketing efforts through CRM marketing, as well as enhancing their online presence on their websites.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Manage and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Klaviyo, Shopify, and Google Ads
  • Create, optimize, and maintain email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo to drive customer engagement, retention, and sales growth.
  • Implement and monitor effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, generating regular reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
  • Advertising Expertise: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, ensuring keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management.
  • Efficiently allocate and manage advertising budgets to achieve strong ROI.
  • Platform Proficiency: Utilize strong experience working with Shopify, including managing product listings, collections, and overall store operations.
  • Employ proficiency in using Klaviyo for email marketing automation and customer segmentation.
  • Website Day-to-Day Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the company's website, ensuring product listings, pricing, and information are accurate and up to date.

Requirements

  • Have working knowledge in Amazon advertising.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role focused on ecommerce and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in using Klaviyo for email marketing automation and customer segmentation.
  • Strong experience working with Shopify, including managing product listings, collections, and overall store operations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and experience implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
