Our wonderful client based in Ascot have a great opportunity available for a Maintenance Operative to join their team. In this role you would be responsible for installing carpentry and joinery items, undertaking concreting and bricklaying jobs, and maintaining stock control. If you have experience in carpentry and bricklaying, knowledge of building, construction, and maintenance and is a strong team player then this could be the role for you.
The role of Maintenance Operative involves:
- Carrying out general repairs across the site
- Maintaining stock control
- Manufacture and install carpentry and joinery items
- Undertaking bricklaying, concreting, plastering and roof repair jobs
The ideal Maintenance Operative:
- Experience in carpentry and bricklaying
- Ideally hold a City & Guilds in bricklaying or carpentry
- Knowledge of building and construction maintenance
- Be able to lift heavy items and use equipment provided
- Work well under pressure
- Strong team player
- Professional and well presented
- Driving license
