Join Our Expanding Team! Position: Sprinkler Design/Contracts Manager
Innotech Partners, due to an expanding order book, is looking to employ an experienced Sprinkler Design/Contracts Manager.
Ideally, we seek one candidate based in the Bristol area but willing to travel south, and another based in Scotland's central belt for works in Glasgow, Edinburgh & East Lothian.
We are looking for a candidate with knowledge and understanding of the sprinkler industry who can price works, measure jobs, etc.

The Role: As a Sprinkler Design/Contracts Manager, you will utilize your sprinkler design experience in all aspects, including hydraulic calculations. You will have at least 3 years of experience and a good understanding of LPCB/NFPA/FM Rules.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed plans and sections of sprinkler systems
- Carry out site surveys
- Attend Design Team meetings to coordinate services
- Produce hydraulic calculations
- Size sprinkler fire pumps and tanks
- Request information from internal and external clients
- Inform clients of contract changes
- Experience with AutoCAD, preferably with an understanding of Revit
- Hold recognized LPCB Basic, Intermediate examinations
- Familiarity with Canute Software
- Desirable but not essential - BS9251 - domestic and residential
- Good IT skills, with working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Proven verbal and written English communication skills
- Proven ability to organize self and others
- Methodical with attention to detail
