We are seeking a Reward Manager to join our HR team on a temporary basis for a dynamic and growing organisation based in Sussex. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about developing and implementing reward strategies that attract and retain top talent.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Design, develop, and manage comprehensive reward programs, including compensation, benefits, bonuses, and other incentives.
- Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive salary structures and benefit packages.
- Collaborate with HR and senior management to align reward strategies with business goals and employee needs.
- Manage annual salary review processes and recommend adjustments to maintain internal and external equity.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of rewards, including job evaluation, pay structures, and policy development.
- Lead the communication of reward policies and programs to enhance employee understanding and engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Reward Manager or similar role within HR.
- Strong understanding of job evaluation and market pricing techniques.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Knowledge of current trends in compensation and benefits.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficient in data analysis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with all levels of the organisation.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
