Sales Administrator - Manufacturing - Ballymena, Northern Ireland - Up to £35,000
About the Company
Our client is a specialist manual materials company with a strong brand across the UK & Ireland who are seeking a Sales Administrator with strong customer service skills to join their growing team.
Standard work hours will be: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, however flexibility with working hours is required.

Sales Administrator - Requirements
- Strong administrative abilities
- Good level of spoken and written English language
- Proven track record in customer service
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Commercial acumen and mathematical abilities
- Must have strong user level IT skills (especially MS Office package), knowledge of Sales Logix, Crystal or Sage are beneficial.
Sales Administrator - Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and maximize sales opportunities, deal with enquiries and convert to orders to achieve the team's order intake target.
- Serving customers, hauliers and suppliers, operating barriers & weighbridge.
- Ensure that enquiries and tenders are priced accurately in the required timeframe.
- Ensure that orders are won at the best price possible, and information is recorded accurately.
- Provide accurate information to Planning, Production, Quality/Technical and Dispatch to ensure that customer requirements and timeframes are met.
- Record any non-conformances and/or complaints received and assist if required in the resolution and completion of Corrective Actions Reports
- Holiday cover for transport function as required.
