Eden Brown are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Electrical Installation Lecturer on behalf of a leading Further Education College in Greater Manchester.
As an Electrical Installation Lecturer, you will:
- Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions to a diverse group of students.
- Develop and implement curriculum and lesson plans that meet industry standards.
- Assess and provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic and practical development.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements to ensure our courses remain current and relevant.
- Relevant qualifications in Electrical Installation (Level 3 or above).
- A teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent) or willingness to work towards one.
- Industry experience with a solid understanding of electrical installation practices and standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of industry changes.
- Experience in delivering training or teaching is desirable but not essential.
