We are looking for someone who has a strong positive presence, someone bright and articulate who customers can trust and rely on for a great experience.

Some duties include:
- Handling dispute resolutions
- Providing after sales support and query management
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Processing sales orders and providing quotations
- documenting feedback for quotations that are not converted to orders
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records with accuracy
