Salary: Up to £30,000. (Candidates with primary servicing experience can be considered up to £35,000)

Hours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5:30 pm

About the Role:

We have multiple vacancies available with a growing specialist mortgage lender. This role involves supporting existing customers who are repaying their mortgage by handling queries, allocating funds to accounts and handling redemptions. We are looking to speak with candidates who have gained experience within the mortgage sector and who can demonstrate excellent customer service and administration skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and post within set timelines.
  • Review and process new account uploads.
  • Submit and manage payments, including direct debits and BACS files.
  • Allocate incoming funds to the correct accounts and manage all banking tasks related to servicing.
  • Update and scan relevant documents, such as Title updates and deeds.
  • Process loan redemptions, capital reductions, and related financial actions.
  • Ensure all printing and documentation tasks are completed on time.
  • Manage month-end financial tasks, including cash allocations and credit account reviews.
  • Handle payment issues, complaints, and any system discrepancies.
  • Support the team with testing and operational tasks.
  • Assist senior management in ensuring smooth team operations.
  • Provide customer support for loan administration and related queries.

Experience required:

  • Experience in the mortgage sector is essential
  • Experience in primary/special servicing would be advantageous
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to carry out administration with a high attention to detail
  • Great communication skills
  • Organisation skills
