Group Financial Reporting Manager required for a technology business in London/Remote!

Up to £80,000 bonus and benefits, dependant on experience

Stanton House are partnering with a fast growth technology business that are looking to list and are wanting to hire a Group Financial reporting manager. This is an exciting opportunity within a fast paced, well established organisation where you shall gain exposure across financial reporting and provide vital information for key stakeholders.

Although the office is in London the role has a strong flexible working policy whereby they are happy for this person to be based remotely with ad-hoc travel to London as and when required. Equally, they are happy for someone to be more present in the office too should you wish.

The role has a wide range of responsibilities across group reporting, statutory accounting and management reporting. The role will work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders as a member of the group function to communicate vital financial information to promote financial performance.

In order to succeed in the role;

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Experience in financial reporting and statutory accounting
  • Group consolidation experience is a must
  • Strong Understanding of Audit
  • Ability to manage a range of stakeholders
  • Strong IFRS experience
  • High attention to detail and good organisation skills

Responsibilities shall include but not be limited to;

  • Accurate consolidation and preparation of Statutory accounts
  • Ownership of relationship with External Auditors.
  • Month end reporting and forecasting for Group
  • Assist in the forecasting and budgeting process
  • Driving process improvements and automation, including being part of exciting future change activities.
  • Stakeholder management
  • Monthly performance reporting
