We are currently looking for a Client Services Consultant to join the team where you'll have the opportunity to develop a very successful career in financial services.
Responsibilities Include:
- Respond to client enquiries introducing advisers in a timely and professional manner
- Input all prospective leads onto the database, capturing the data accurately
- Process and log all client feedback and report on any issues identified
- Monitor adviser contact with existing clients and prospective clients
- Help monitor review dates and activity following deadlines
- Monitor and report back on adviser workflow activity
