Job Description
- Overseeing the daily operations of the design department, including Electrical, Mechanical Engineers, and CAD Technicians.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to plan and meet design deadlines.
- Developing and refining design processes and standards for combined heat and power systems and other technologies.
- Ensuring the design meets contractual and safety requirements, including technical assessments and material selection.
- Providing technical support and troubleshoot during project installation, commissioning, and operation phases.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Degree or HND/C Level 3 qualification in an engineering discipline with relevant experience in power generation or process engineering.
- Proven leadership in managing design engineering teams.
- Experience with CDM, health & safety, and process engineering.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD or equivalent software.
- Valid driving license.
