We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Cashbook Manager to join our client's Finance team in the housing industry. As the Cashbook Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional cash management and sales ledger services.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing comprehensive cash management and sales ledger services to our client's organisation
- Managing a team effectively, ensuring the smooth running of cash management processes
- Collaborating with internal colleagues, external agencies, auditors, suppliers, bankers, and government departments
- Ensuring all cash and sales ledger financial controls and activities are performed in accordance with policies and procedures, legislation, and service level agreements
What you'll bring to the role:
- Previous experience in company cash management and line management
- Ability to engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Relevant Treasury or Accountancy qualification or qualified by experience
- Strong knowledge of cash management processes and controls, including reconciliations, credit cards, and cash floats
- Proficiency in banking and accounting systems, as well as Microsoft Excel
