As an Administrator, you will be required to:
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of policies and audit their implementation throughout the establishment.
- Develop the Administrative service through regular monitoring, discussions, and design and implementation of processes to improve the service.
- Ensure efficient information processes for student referrals, administration, progress, and transfer, as well as personnel management.
- Prepare draft reports for the Principal and ensure high standards for all reports, correspondence, and routine information.
- Plan and implement with other managers, including obtaining and analyzing information to support decision-making.
- Track student referrals and maintain up-to-date records.
- Organize and support meetings and events, ensuring necessary arrangements for travel, accommodation, venues, catering, and communication.
- Maintain a programme of student reviews to meet management team requirements.
- Manage the ISO 9002 quality process and ensure accreditation is maintained.
- Ensure administrative practices conform to the Data Protection Act 1998.

- Lead the recruitment and selection process for all staff.
- Coordinate the supervision and appraisal programme and manage staff absence.
- Oversee the salary review process for all employees.
- Manage all accounts and accounting procedures.
- Ensure resources and facilities required for the administrative service are identified, acquired, and well-maintained.
- Attend work reliably and punctually.
- Protect students/residents and others from abuse, reporting any incidents.
- Continuously develop your own practice, identifying and addressing training and development needs.
- Take reasonable care for health and safety, complying with safety rules and procedures.
