The Advocate Group are delighted to be partnered with a leading global luxury brand who are seeking an experienced Commercial Marketing Lead to drive growth strategy and execution within a key regions.

This pivotal role partners closely with global and local market teams to deliver exceptional results in both commercial and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Global Brand Managing Director to craft and implement a tailored growth strategy for the assigned regions, ensuring alignment with global brand objectives.
  • Lead the development and execution of the annual business plan and a 5-year strategic roadmap, leveraging consumer insights and market analysis.
  • Own the commercialisation plan for the regions, driving brand prioritisation, investment strategies, and ensuring the achievement of KPIs across marketing and commercial activities.
  • Act as the primary liaison between global brand teams and local market teams, ensuring that regional priorities are understood and met with appropriate solutions.
  • Champion the consumer and customer insights of the region, clearly articulating local needs to influence future brand strategies and asset creation.
  • Ensure that brand identity and design standards are consistently applied across all touchpoints within the region, while also adapting existing marketing assets to meet local market needs.
  • Build the capability of local market teams to enable sustainable brand growth, with a focus on the effective execution of region-specific growth drivers.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting cross-functional collaboration to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial marketing within the luxury sector, with a proven track record of successfully driving brand growth across both global and regional markets.

Also have strong strategic thinking, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential, as is the ability to navigate complex global brand structures while ensuring local market relevance.
