Group Management Accountant – Nottingham – £45,000 - £50,000
An exciting opportunity with a growing business, operating for over 40 years in the logistics market. Our client is looking for an experienced accountant who is enthusiastic about leading a team.

Group Management Accountant Responsibilities:
- Managing and developing a small finance team of 3
- Prepare and create management accounts, including P&L for multiple sites, including consolidation, detailed variance analysis and commentary
- Sales analysis and cost breakdown
- Journals, accruals and prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations
- Internal and External reporting
- WIP / Stock management and reconciliations
- Statutory accounts and audit preparation
- Payroll management
- Projects – continuous improvements
- Support with the implementation of a new system
Required Skills & Experience:
- CIMA/ACCA Qualified
- Leadership, coaching and mentoring – enthusiastic leader
- Ability to handle multiple task priorities
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Previous experience in distribution, logistics or transport industry would be advantageous
