Sales Manager
I am currently working with a client based in Watford specialising in the media industry. They are seeking a new Sales Manager to join their team.
As a Sales Manager you will have previous experience in this role managing mid-sized sales teams and have enthusiasm for digital marketing. Whilst being a very results driven individual.
You will as the Sales Manager create a coaching culture, developing your team's performance, focusing on your team and being out in the field creating new business sales leads in and around the North and East London region.
Salary: £45-50,000 per annum + Car allowance + Bonus Scheme
Full time, permanent
Responsibilities:
- Attend sales Management Development programmes (online and in person)
- Create performance plans for the sales teams to ensure targets are met
- Use SMART objectives to develop effective coaching for the sales team
- Use data to ensure growth of new and existing customer leads
- Lead day to day sales operations
- Establish and maintain exceptional relationships with customers
