Connect2socialwork are urgently looking for a Childrens Team Manager to join their great Safeguarding and Children with Disabilities Teams . Paying Up to £56,151 per annum this role is on a permanent basis.

Role Responsibilities:
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Drive and have access to a car
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
- You will be lead multi-agency planning for children and have the ability to deliver excellent practice standards, within the legal framework to achieve the best possible outcomes for our children and families.
- You will be responsible for allocating team workloads and providing case management.
- Provide supervision with approaches to practice which is proportionate to identify risk and need.
