I am recruiting for an immediately available Recruitment Advisor for an initial 3 month contract for an organisation based in Sheffield. The role requires a proactive individual with a solid understanding of recruitment strategies and on-boarding processes.

Description
This is a great role for a full-rounded recruiter, and will focus on on:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Assist in developing job descriptions and person specifications
- Provide advice and guidance on recruitment best practices
- Create a range of inclusive advertisements that promote our employer brand and attract a diverse pool of candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Maintain HR databases and systems
- Participate in HR projects as required
Profile
A successful candidate should have the following experience:
- Established recruiter with background of managing recruitment campaigns from advertising, sourcing and selection
- Confident to work with hiring managers, taking briefs and advising on process
- Previously of worked in an in-house recruitment role.
- Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
- Knowledgeable in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
- Experience of LinkedIn recruiter to target active and passive candidates
- Experience of using social media channels as a means of attracting candidates
- Providing expert recruitment advice to key stakeholders
