ROLE: Cultural Insight Director
SALARY: £70,000 - £75,000

The company
We are working with a leading media agency with a vision to keep revolutionising the industry further, already doing so for decades. After several successful years, they are now expanding their insight team and seeking a Qualitative Cultural Insight Director to focus on all things cultural insights. This role will contribute to their Thought Leadership ambitions and address client struggles.
As a Cultural Insight Director, you will manage end-to-end projects on campaign evaluations, understanding trends in the relevant client industries, running creative tests, brand developments and so much more.

Key duties
- As a Cultural Insight Director, you will be involved in driving and developing the thought leadership platform
- Manage qualitative and mixed-method insight projects, coaching junior members of the team throughout
- Act as the main client contact, nurturing and building new relationships where needed
Skills & Experience
- Ability to lead and design qualitative projects, bonus for a good understanding of quantitative methodologies
- Experience in thought-leadership consumer insight projects - including trends, futures, consumer attitudes and behaviours
- Strong presence within the market
