Senior credit controller

My client, a well-known growing business in the Camberley area are looking for a full time permanent credit controller.

Hours: 37.5 hours a week (Monday to Friday) - Hybrid working model - 3 days a week in the office

Job duties:

Engage in a professional, close-knit UK Finance team, supporting the delivery of the a well-known brand
Serve as an expert in collections and credit control across the UK business.
Collaborate with the Finance team on customer account due diligence, terms, reconciliations, and payment recovery.
Conduct annual reviews of customer credit limits and continually monitor them as seasonal orders increase.
Foster partnerships with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to optimise customer collections.
Proactively manage overdue and aged debt recovery, including legal proceedings when necessary.
Process and review customer claims following company procedures.
Regularly report on Debtors and ageing positions throughout the business.
Calculate and report bad debt provisioning.
Address and resolve customer queries and disputes.
Proficiency in Excel is essential, and experience with SAP S4 is desirable.
Handle general Accounts Receivable and Finance administration as needed.
