We are seeking a home-based Senior IFA Administrator to join our team and help us achieve our vision and develop these technological solutions.

Required Experience:

  • At least two years previous experience as an administrator for a financial advice firm with a good understanding of various financial products

Desirable Experience:

  • Previous use of Intelligent Office
  • Understanding of the Transact and abrdn Wrap platforms (useful but not essential)

Responsibilities:

  • Implement actions agreed with clients, including:

  • Re-aligning investment portfolios

  • Managing cash positions

  • Implementing contributions, withdrawals, and transfers

Ensure successful completion of actions across numerous clients and confirm completion to clients

  • Update the company's client relationship management software to reflect changes
  • Send Letters of Authority to providers, chase down required information, and collate it for analysis
  • Handle client, adviser, and provider correspondence via telephone, email, and letter promptly
  • Perform general administrative tasks as part of the team
  • Work with the team to develop and test new technological solutions to improve service delivery

Working Hours:

  • Core hours: 9.00am to 5.00pm with 1 hour for lunch
  • Flexible hours considered
  • You will be required to attend monthly team meetings and induction training which will be held in Thornbury, Bristol
