Role Overview: As a Commercial Property Solicitor/CILEx Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in our client's firm, leveraging your expertise to provide exceptional legal services to the clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling a diverse range of commercial property matters with precision and efficiency.
- Demonstrating detailed knowledge, specialisation, and extensive experience in commercial property law.
- Applying strong commercial acumen to deliver strategic advice and solutions to clients.
- Building and nurturing professional relationships with clients and colleagues through excellent networking and interpersonal skills.
Desired Qualifications and Skills: We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:
- Qualified Solicitor or Lawyer with a minimum of 5 years PQE in commercial property law.
- A deep understanding of commercial property law, coupled with wide-ranging experience in this field.
- Strong commercial acumen and a desire for career advancement.
- Exceptional networking and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to "hit the ground running" and welcome an established client base and portfolio of work.
