Administrator/Sales Negotiator, Westerham - £25-£28K DOE

Join an amazing team as an Administrator/Sales Negotiator where you'll be instrumental in supporting estate agency operations. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organisational skills and a knack for effective communication, capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: -

  • Manage daily office operations, including answering phone calls, emails, and greeting clients.
  • Maintain and update property listings on the company website and various property portals.
  • Prepare and process documents such as contracts, agreements, and property details.
  • Schedule and coordinate property viewings, meetings, and appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems for client information and transactions.
  • There may be a requirement to assist with marketing activities, including social media updates, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed information about available properties.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties involved.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their property transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the buying/selling process.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.

About you: -

  • Previous experience in an estate agency or a similar administrative/negotiation role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with property management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of the local property market would be an advantage.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for property viewings.
  • Live within a 15-minute drive to Westerham

Monday to Friday 9-5:30 and 1 Saturday in 4
