I am delighted to be supporting a growing and expanding North East-based construction business on the appointment of a Commercial Manager.
This role, reporting to the Managing Director, will be a key role in supporting the ambitious growth plans of the business. You will work to develop and support the Managing Director in developing and growing the business through tendering competitively for work. You will prepare tender documents and work with a wider network to effectively win contracts and work and prepare robust contracts.
As the Commercial Manager, you will be forming part of the senior leadership team within a growing construction company. As an experienced Senior QS or Commercial Manager with a background in construction, ideally within residential and refurbishments, you will bring skills and experience to help support the development and growth plans of the business. In return, the MD is offering a competitive salary and package with a profit share option available.
