Reed Finance is partnered with an established mechanical and building services contractor in Belfast, in the appointment of a permanent & full time Accounts Administrator.
With a solid trading history, our client is an established UK and Ireland wide company.
The role:
The post holder will be required to provide an effective and efficient accounts and administrative support.
Key responsibilities include:
Entering purchase invoices and passing invoices for payment.
Distributing invoices digitally to managers
Raising sales invoices and other general administration duties.
Work to monthly deadlines to complete tasks.
About you:
2-3 years experience working in an accounts related role.
